1. Scope of consent
I consent to Sauvage Adventure Limited, registration number 261040900011, registered address Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana city, Yessil district, Mangilik El avenue, building 55/23, block C4.4, office No.334 (the “Company”), processing the personal data I provide to the extent necessary to assess my application, check participation requirements, handle bookings, conclude and perform the contract for the selected programme, communicate with me, check documents and organise assistance. The Company contracts with me, receives payment, engages partners for particular programme services and appoints its own guides.
This consent covers collecting, recording, organising, storing, updating, using, disclosing as necessary and deleting data for the stated purposes. Categories include my name and contacts, application and travel details, experience and preparation, necessary passport, visa and insurance information, emergency contact and correspondence. Health information is subject to the separate provision in section 2. Processing necessary for a contract, legal compliance or another independent lawful purpose may also rely on that basis rather than this consent alone.
2. Explicit consent to health information
I separately and expressly consent to the Company processing health conditions, allergies, medication and limitations that I voluntarily disclose and that materially affect safe participation or emergency assistance. This information may be used only to assess participation, implement necessary safety measures, adjust services and provide assistance. An unrelated complete medical history is not required. Access is limited to authorised staff, guides appointed by the Company and others processing the information under its documented instructions, only to the extent needed for their task.
Where sharing with an independent controller is necessary for these purposes, this consent covers its processing only if its identity, contact details, purposes and processing information are clearly shown to me in the selected departure’s terms or alongside the form before I consent. It does not cover unidentified independent controllers. For another recipient, the Company obtains any necessary separate consent or uses another basis expressly permitted by law, including for emergency assistance. IT processors may provide secure storage and transmission without independent use. This consent does not authorise transferring medical information to external artificial-intelligence services, advertising use or publication.
3. Sharing to organise the programme
I consent to necessary disclosure to guides appointed by the Company, partners providing particular programme services, transport and accommodation providers, insurers, medical and rescue services, permit authorities and IT, communications and payment providers for the purposes above. Each recipient receives only what is necessary; sensitive data is restricted by section 2. A partner’s or guide’s role in the programme does not automatically determine its status as a data controller or processor. Changes to recipients or purposes are communicated to me, and fresh consent is obtained where necessary.
I understand that recipients may be outside the AIFC, including programme destinations and service locations where protection rules may differ. I give written electronic consent to necessary transfers within the stated purposes and recipients where law permits this basis and I have received the information needed for an informed choice. The Company checks the applicable basis and protection requirements for each transfer. This is not unrestricted permission for any transfer. Details of particular recipients, countries and transfer arrangements are available from [email protected]. This consent does not replace any additional specific consent required for a particular operation.
4. Duration and withdrawal
Consent applies until the stated purposes are fulfilled or it is withdrawn. Data is retained no longer than necessary under the Privacy Policy’s criteria. Consent may be withdrawn entirely, for a particular purpose or for a particular controller by emailing [email protected], without a paper application. The Company promptly forwards a withdrawal relating to an independent controller known to it to that controller. The right to contact that controller directly remains unaffected. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing or processing supported by another independent lawful basis.
If particular data or consent is necessary for safe participation, the Company explains the consequences and available options. Refusal or withdrawal does not automatically justify retaining all payments: settlement follows the contract and mandatory rules. Necessary consent does not cover advertising, publication of photographs or videos or other optional purposes.
5. Electronic consent
Consent is given by an affirmative action in the form. The first of two initially unticked checkboxes separately and clearly states acceptance of the Terms of Use, acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy and the giving of this consent, including explicit consent under section 2. The second concerns the selected departure’s offer. Submission is recorded with the displayed texts, versions, date and departure terms. These legal acts are recorded distinctly. A group applicant confirms authority and receipt of the other individuals’ necessary consents to share their data, including health information where provided. The Company records that applicant’s assertion, not a personal action by the other participants. An individual or group applicant’s personal confirmations at submission apply to their own participation after their identity is verified through the email supplied in the application. Other adult group participants, and participants whose application was created by Company staff without their personal consent, personally confirm the documents and offer with two separate checkboxes on their private page before the first payment.
